How We Handle Your Information

We collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and we will delete anything of yours on request. This page explains what the website actually does.

When you visit

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — how many people visit, which pages are read, and whether features like the events listings are useful. It records things like the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, and whether you are on a phone or a computer. It uses cookies to do this, and it does not tell us who you are. If you would rather not be counted, most browsers offer a "do not track" setting, and ad and privacy blockers stop it entirely.

When you fill in a form

Our contact, prayer request, "new here" and website feedback forms send what you write to the church office by email, and a copy is stored on our website's server so nothing is lost if an email goes astray. That includes your name, your email address, and whatever you wrote. Prayer requests are treated as confidential and are seen only by our prayer team and office staff.

When you ask for an event reminder

We store your email address only until the event has passed, then it is deleted automatically. Every reminder email includes a link to cancel it.

When you give

Donations are handled entirely by PayPal or by your own bank through Zelle. Card and bank details never reach this website — we never see them and cannot store them. PayPal tells us only that a gift was received.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form.

Asking us to remove your information

Contact the church office and we will delete what we hold about you. There is no form to fill in and we will not ask why.
